Dietary (Cook/Aide): Full Time
Join the Dining Services team to help provide an interactive and supportive dining experience to enhance quality care. Current openings on the PM shift as a Dietary Aide/Cook. Dining Service team members ensure the serving and delivery of nutritional meals in a sanitary and safe manner to residents. To make mealtime a positive experience. To fulfill resident requests whenever possible. To establish relationships with residents. To maintain a sanitary and safe environment within the Dining Services Department in accordance to State and Federal regulations.
CNA: Full Time - Part Time- Occasional, all shifts
C.N.A.s are the backbone to the quality, compassionate care we give our residents. The skilled nursing program of LHHS is unique and special in many ways. CNAs receive on the job training, including a 5 day on-boarding program. Your dedicated and comprehensive hands-on-care will be cherished by all you serve. Gain valuable experience working in diverse work units. Earn incentives and rewards for your flexibility in scheduling. Grow within your role as you consider pursuing a licensed position with training and education support. Become a lead CNA and earn mentor bonus for training new team members.
Registered Nurse / Nurse Supervisor: Full Time AM Shift or Part Time, All Shifts(PRN)/Weekend all shifts
As a trusted clinical leader, you will supervise and direct the care on your assigned unit; work independently to carry out treatments and medication administration; and, coordinate care within your unit with your team of resources. Let your expertise and knowledge of each resident’s care plan guide your personalized services. Build and establish meaningful relationships with our residents and their family members. Loan Forgiveness program available for recent graduates.
Nurse Extern: Part Time (PRN)
If you have completed Pharmacology and are currently enrolled within a licensed nursing program, you can gain valuable paid work experience in a skilled nursing center as a Nurse Extern. Hone in on your interactive skills with residents and gain confidence in your medication passing skills as you serve elderly residents in Long Term Care units. Enhance your team leader interactions as you work with CNAs and partner with other Nurses to build your nursing knowledge. The role offers flexibility and the ability to work on complex long-term care units and skilled post-acute rehab units. Develop a comfort zone managing an electronic health record to assist with your responsibilities.
Assisted Living – RCAC OR CBRF Caregiver: Every Other Weekend / PRN
Caregivers provide compassionate care with activities of daily living including medication administration, assistance with meals, laundry and bathing. In addition, our care team assists with planning and leading meaningful activities that enhance resident quality of life.
Compensation & Benefits
A comprehensive benefits package is available for all positions with 28 or more hours a week. Benefit package includes, a competitive wage, health/dental/vision insurance options, short-term disability insurance, vacation and retirement contributions. Paid holidays, premium incentives for shift work and pick-up premiums are also available for volunteer shifts.
